developing fixed, flexible and case based budgets;
modeling net revenue; and
training and transferring knowledge to each site team.
Conducted post-implementation system reviews to identify areas needing modifications to maximize
functionality and return on investment of the new system.
Developed Program Management Office (PMO) at a large integrated delivery financial system and developed technology strategy to divest entities. Responsibilities included:
leading PMO resource management team in development of resource database to more efficiently staff projects;
developing process flows for major functional areas; and
developing strategy for network and security architecture in an outsourcing environment.
